Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup (2.4dl) Sproud Original
- Mash the banana in a saucepan and then add the rest of the ingredients, let simmer on medium heat while stirring until it is thick and creamy.
- Top with your favorite fruit and nut butter
